We offer low flat-rate shipping within Canada. We use Canada Post to ship out all our parcels to anywhere not local. We also offer FREE local pickup for those who are local to our business. 

Our flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

Alberta Flat Rate Shipping - $8.99

Canada Wide Shipping - $12.99

All hand local deliveries are done on Mondays & Thursdays in the week! To allow us more time to focus on your beautiful handmade pieces!

  • Ready made products ship out within 1-3 business days from the time of order & payment. Anything that is custom please allow 4-8 weeks for completion depending on the items and current demands of our products!
  • COVID-19 Update: Due to Canada Post being very behind on timely deliveries there could be some delays but all parcels will come with tracking for your convenience. 

Returns/Exchanges

We always strive to make things right if you are not 100% satisfied.  We want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and understand that sometimes things don't turn out. All orders are final sale! We do not provide refunds, however we can provide you with an exchange of your item should you not be satisfied. 

The following rules apply when requesting for an exchange: 

  1. If for whatever reason your items do not appear as described.  
  2. Are damaged upon arrival. 

It is important to us to provide excellent service to all our customers, and that is why we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee when you buy with us. If any of the above is a concern when you receive your goods please contact us within 14 days of your order arrival and we will respond back to you as promptly as possible with how to proceed. 

Conditions

  • Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted. Unless they were damaged upon arrival (photos will need to be provided prior to sending back)
  • Monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges must include the original packaging.
  • All exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) barcode label which is generated during the exchange process.
  • RMA barcode label must be applied to the outside of the shipping box. Please make sure barcode is VISIBLE and not covered by other labels or shipping tape.
  • Return Shipping fees, brokerage fees, duty taxes and GST/HST taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • JJ Art Creations is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • It may take up to 14 business days after receipt of your items for a new item to be sent out depending on the availability of stock.

Please contact us directly via email info@jjartcreations.com within 14 days of receiving your item for all inquiries regarding product issues/exchanges.
